How Active Balancing Works
Traditional passive balancing modules work by burning off excess energy from high-voltage cells through resistors, wasting power and generating significant heat. This active equalizer utilizes an advanced capacitive energy transfer mechanism instead. It detects the precise voltage discrepancies between neighboring cells and dynamically transfers energy from the highest-voltage cells directly into the lower-voltage cells. This non-destructive process generates virtually no excess heat and maximizes the total usable capacity of your battery pack.

- Smart Sleep Protection: Built-in low-voltage protection automatically shifts the board into an ultra-low consumption sleep mode if a cell drops below 2.5V, preventing the balancer from accidentally over-discharging your battery pack during storage.
