Engineered for universal hardware safety, both breakouts are equipped with an onboard low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator (the AMS1117-3.3V) paired with integrated high-speed logic-level converter chips. This protective circuitry allows you to safely connect the modules to standard 5V microcontrollers (such as the Arduino Uno, Mega, or Nano) without worrying about over-voltage data corruption or damaging the memory card’s delicate 3.3V logic.
