The module features a two-tier structural layout optimized for demanding automation profiles:

Dual Dust Seals and Integrated Threaded Mounts

To prevent premature mechanical binding and accuracy drift, the internal bearing chamber is protected at both ends by integrated rubber wipers. These dual-sided dust seals scrape contaminants off the rail during travel while sealing inside the lubricating grease. For quick assembly, the top face of the block features four pre-tapped metric mounting threads, allowing you to bolt your structural load plates directly to the slider body without using loose nuts.
