Wiring and Wiring Safety Harness Guide
- Thin Red Wire: Connects to the Positive (+) side of an auxiliary 4.5V–30V DC power source to illuminate the LED display panels [RoboShop].
- Thin Black Wire: Connects to the Negative (-) side of the display source or system common ground line.
- Thin Yellow Wire: Connects directly to the specific target Positive (+) point you want to test and measure (0V to 100V DC) [RoboShop].
- Thick Red Wire: Connects directly to the Negative (-) terminal of the target Load device.
- Thick Black Wire: Connects directly to the Negative (-) terminal of the primary Power Supply source battery bank.
- CRITICAL AMMETER WIRING LAW: The ammeter loop MUST be wired exclusively in series with the Negative/Ground return leg of the target load circuit. Connecting the thick red and black wires directly across the positive and negative poles of a power supply or battery source will create a catastrophic short-circuit across the internal shunt, instantly burning out the circuit board.
